Volumetric limits—rolling average. To further prevent an expansion of <br /> use,total diversions(for both the alternate uses and any continued irrigation use)of the <br /> Longmont Coffm Davis Right shall be limited to a 40-year rolling average volumetric limit of <br /> 37,768 acre-feet. To calculate the amount available for diversion under this limitation, the total <br /> amount of diversions pursuant to the Longmont Coffin Davis Right from the immediately <br /> preceding 39-years shall be subtracted from the 40-year rolling average volumetric limit(37,768 <br /> acre-feet).
