Both of these plants are on Colorado ’s <br />noxious weed list. <br /> <br />REVEGETATION- Rule 4.15 <br />Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br /> <br />o Overall, reclaimed areas and topsoil stockpiles exhibited a mix of native plants. <br />Shrubs and dried grasses were standing from last growing season. Areas were <br />beginning to green and early flowers blooming. <br /> <br />Mullein (Class “C”) and some rosettes that appear to be thistle (Class “B”) were observed. <br />Both of these plants are on Colorado ’s noxious weed list. <br /> <br />FISH and WILDLIFE -Rule 4.18: <br /> <br />o Deer frequent the entire sight as observed by the numerous tracks as do the <br />occasional elk.
