This notice was <br />published in the Gunnison County Times. <br />The Ohio Creek Mine is a formerly permitted coal mining operation located in Gunnison County, <br />approximately 15 miles northwest of Gunnison, Colorado. The Ohio Creek Mine was operated by Robert <br />Weaver. The Mined Land Reclamation Board revoked the operating permit and forfeited the reclamation <br />bond in 1996.
