Specifically,
pad locations have been revised for MVBs E6-14 and E7-1, 3, & 4. MVB E6-16 and its
pad have been eliminated.
Attached is a map entitled "2016 Proposed Drill Sites" that shows the revised MVB pad
locations as red circles, as well as the former locations (approved in PR -14 and TR -136)
as different colored circles as designated in the legend. Also attached is a copy of the
map that was included in the approved TR -136 application that might help to clarify the
changes made to the longwall panel E6 MVB pads by comparing the two maps.
MCC would like to start the 2016 MVB drilling program in June, so your swift
consideration and approval of this revision application would be greatly appreciated.
Please don't hesitate to contact me at (970) 929-2238 or by e-mail should you have
questions regarding this submittal.
Sincerely, / l
Kathleen G.
