Rendlen, III, United States Bankruptcy Judge, on June 9, 2016, at 10:00 a.m., prevailing <br />Central Time, in Courtroom 7 South of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern <br />District of Missouri, 111 S. 10th Street, St. Louis, Missouri 63102 (the "Court"), to consider the <br />entry of an order (a) approving the disclosure statement; (b) approving solicitation packages and <br />procedures for the distribution thereof; (c) approving the forms of ballots and manner of notice; <br />(d) approving the voting record date, solicitation deadline and voting deadline; (e) establishing <br />notice and objection procedures for confirmation of the plan; and (f) granting other related relief. <br />Please be advised that the Disclosure Statement Hearing may be continued from time to time by <br />the Court or the Debtors without further notice other than by such adjournment being announced <br />in open court or by a notice of adjournment filed with the Court and served in accordance with <br />the Order Establishing Certain Notice, Case Management and Administrative Procedures on <br />January 21, 2016 [ECF No. 155] (the "Case Management Order"). <br />PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT if you would like to obtain a copy of the <br />Disclosure Statement, the Plan, the Motion or related documents, please contact the Debtors' <br />Solicitation Agent, Prime Clerk, LLC, (a) by calling 844-242-7478 or, for international callers, <br />929-477-8086 or (b) by visiting the Debtors' restructuring website at <br />https:llcases.primeclerk.com/archcoal. You may also obtain copies of any pleadings filed in <br />these Chapter 11 Cases for a fee via PACER at http://www.moeb.uscourts.gov. <br />PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT the deadline for filing objections to the <br />Disclosure Statement and Motion is June 2, 2016 (the "Objection Deadline"). Any objections <br />to the relief sought at the Disclosure Statement Hearing must: (a) be made in writing; (b) <br />conform to the Bankruptcy Rules, the Local Rules and any orders of the Court; (c) state with <br />particularity the legal and factual basis for the objection and identify those portions of the <br />disclosure statement which the objecting party asserts are incomplete, misleading, erroneous or <br />are otherwise the basis for the objection; (d) if practicable, propose a modification to the <br />Disclosure Statement (or related materials) that would resolve such objection; and (e) be filed <br />with the Court (contemporaneously with a proof of service) and served upon the "Core Parties" <br />in accordance with the Case Management Order so as to be actually received on or before the <br />Objection Deadline. <br />-2- <br />
