This was commercial/industrial all the way <br /> through planning with the county, and permitting with the county and <br /> state, and yet the division continues to refer to my commercial site as <br /> if I'm supposed to turn my property into a wildlife preserve with 2:1 <br /> slopes. <br /> This continued calculation by you, which diminishes my future use of <br /> this property is nothing short of a taking of my property rights by you. <br /> I respectfully request that you review and amend your position . <br /> Jim Helmericks <br /> 5/9/2016 <br />
