<br />The following lists the owners of record of the surface, coal, oil and gas within one-half
<br />mile of the Seneca II -W permit area. Exhibits 3-1, 3-2, 3-3, and 3-5 depict the areas
<br />associated with these ownerships. Appendix 3-2 provides an alphabetical listing of the
<br />owners and their addresses. Appendix 3-3B lists the ownership by legal description as
<br />recorded at the Routt County Courthouse.
