112c Permit Amendment (AM-01) Application-Adequacy Review Reply.
For greater continuity and ease of reference,we have iterated the comments from the OMLR
Adequacy Review of 5 February 2016 (Part I)AND 25 February 2016 (Part II)AND the 19 February
2016 OMLR Inspection Report dated 25 February 2016(Part III);for the above referenced
application,necessitating a reply according to its respective items,iterated in a graphical box,with
our comments in blue:
5 February 2016 Adequacy (Part I):
Application Form
1. On Item #9 of the Application Form the Applicant selected "NE" for the Quarter/Quarter Section
selection. The approved permit application lists the Quarter/Quarter Section as "NW". Please
explain this discrepancy and revise the amendment application form as needed.
It's in both,but we've revised Page 2 of the application,as requested and attached,as the original
better described the`Center' of the operation.
2. On Item#10 of the Application Form the Applicant provided a UTM Datum location of Easting
2230388.85,Northing 396239.11. This UTM Datum location differs from the UTM Datum location
in the approved permit application and on Exhibit A of the amendment application of Easting
221009.40,Northing 396631.67. Please explain this discrepancy and revise the amendment
application form as needed.
We're not sure,but it's possible there was a poor coordinate conversion. We've revised Page 2 of the
application,as requested and attached,with information based upon NAD83 Lat/Long Datum, as
shown on the revised form. This information can be verified on Google Earth. The point selected is
