We are asking for a 60 to q0 day extension to allow us to complete the Phase 1 of mining gravel and reclaim it up to and into Phase 2 on our mining plan. We are asking for an extension due to spring tim wassive-rain which had hindered and continues to hinder our process of reclamation at this time. We need good dry weather to accomplish this project. We can thenAput a berm across the pit and allow water to cover the exposed Mancos layer that is out at this time, which was our plan.. Weather is hampering the process at this time and continues to look as if this spring is going to be just plain wet!!! We certainly should have it completed by a July date if weather cooperates. Your consideration is appreciated. The gravel brought in taxes of$2q,875.00 in 2015 for the state and community. The land belongs to us and we are people who take good care of our property, even though we have a bond,we will do all reclaiming as that is who we are, we are honorable people. Our interest is to keep our employees working at this time, not to shut down operations. We are on the edge of unemployment for all employees as a result of decline in oilfield work now, but Chevron does buy quite a bit of our product and our hope is that they continue. Thanks.
