Transit Mix's mining consultant, Bruce Humphries with RPM, Inc., requested a 30 day
extension with the Division for the Grisenti Farms Gravel Pit annual report. In an email
correspondence dated May 5, 2016, Tony Waldron approved the extended due date,
provided the fee was submitted on time.
Attached please find the fee ($791.00) for the Grisenti Farms Gravel Pit, which is due
on May 23, 2016. The annual report and map will be submitted by the new due date,
June 22, 2016.
