High Noon Entertainment has <br /> indicated it will provide financial warranty for reclamation liability on behalf of the operators during the interim period in which the <br /> operators complete the permitting process and bring themselves into compliance with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act. <br /> The table below shows the amounts of required financial warranty associated with each operator. The amounts are based on both <br /> preliminary investigations conducted by the Division during inspections on July 9 and 10,2013 as well as information gathered from <br /> the television show. Additional amounts of financial warranty are likely to be required as the Division obtains more information <br /> regarding each operator's activities.A form for submitting a third-party cash bond is enclosed.
