2.8 Identification of Other Licenses and Permits <br />2.8.1 Garfield County Special Use Permit <br />Special Use Permits for the project were issued by the Board of County <br />Commissioners by resolutions 85-171 and 90-083. Both permits have expired. <br />Prior to initiating pond reclamation the operator contacted Garfield County about <br />a grading permit.
