On behalf of C.B. Minerals Company, LLC, following are its responses to the DRMS' adequacy
review letter on the referenced permit renewal.
Rule 2.03.4 - Identification of Interests
Permit Section 2.2 - Identification of Interests. This section contains the names and
addresses of the mine operator, the resident agent, surface Land owners, subsurface
Land owners and contiguous surface owners. Please review the information
contained in section 2.2 of the PAP and update the information as necessary.
Please review and update Figure 2.1-1 - Surface Ownership Map and Figure 2.4-1 -
Subsurface Ownership Map as necessary.
CB - The information contained in section 2.2 is up to date. The surface and subsurface
maps are also up to date.
Rule 2.03.8 - Permit Term Information
2. The information contained in Section 2.6 of the permit is up to date and ends on October
9, 2016. Please update Section 2.6 with information for RN -07.
CB - Sections 2.3.2 and 2.6 were updated. The violation listed in Section 2.3.2 was over
three years old so it was removed from the text. Enclosed are pages 2-8 and 2-9.
