DRMS has reviewed the request and noted that
there is a discrepancy between the acreage request form and the Permit Boundary Map supplied.
There are currently 80 acres permitted at this site. The acreage release request form requests a
release of 33 acres for a remaining total of 47 permitted acres. However, the measurements on
the map provided indicate that the remaining permitted area would be 39.3 acres(1530 feet x
1120 feet). You will need to resolve this roughly 8 acre discrepancy before DRMS can consider
this partial release request submittal complete.
Builders Aggregate will need to provide the corrected information, and clearly mark the current
and proposed permit boundaries in the field before a decision can be issued on this revision
request.
Please submit your response to this issue to the Division within 30 days of the date on this letter.
If by June 2,2016 there are still outstanding deficiencies and the permittee has not requested
additional time, in writing, the Division must deny the request for revision. If you have any
questions,please contact me at(303) 866-3567 x8140.
Sincerely,
)411--
Eric Scott
Environmental Protection Specialist
1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, CO 80203 P 303.866.3567 F 303.832.8106 http://mining.state.co.us I e
John W.
