<br /> requirements of the state of Colorado Mined Land Reclamation board for requesting an
<br /> amendment to the permit for operation of the Cesar Pit.
<br /> Please see the public notice printed below. We are providing this to you for your
<br /> information. In the event you would like to formally comment on the Cesar Pit permit
<br /> amendment, the process to submit your comments is noted in the public notice below.

<br /> PUBLIC NOTICE
<br /> Tony J. Beltramo and Sons, Inc., with offices located at 1541 Stockyard Road, Pueblo,
<br /> Colorado 81001, phone: 719-542-4104., has filed an application for a Regular (112) Construction
<br /> Materials Operation Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under
<br /> provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The
<br /> proposed mine in known as the Cesar Pit and is located at or near Sections 21,22,and 28,Township
<br /> 21 South,Range 64 West,of the 6th Prime Meridian.
<br /> The proposed date of commencement is January 22, 2016 and the proposed date for
<br /> completion of mining is January 22,2021. The proposed future use of the land is Rangeland.
<br /> Additional information and tentative decision date may be obtained from the Division of
