Beltramo and Sons, Inc., Operator of Cesar Pit, the following application materials <br /> are submitted herewith and summarized as follows: <br /> Exhibit E—Reclamation Plan Rule 6.4.5 <br /> 1. Notice is hereby given that Operator intends to backfill with inert fill generated outside of the <br /> approved permit area. Pursuant to Rule 3.1.5(9), Operator imported, placed and used topsoil virtually <br /> identical to materials stockpiled on site for reclamation purposes, which was obtained from neighboring <br /> property immediately adjacent to the Cesar Pit permit area. This Notice to the Office of the Division of <br /> Reclamation, Mining and Safety hereby provides the following related pertinent information: <br /> A. A Narrative that describes the approximate location of the proposed activity: <br /> The location and source of the clean and inert topsoil imported is located north of Cesar Pit with property <br /> ownership labeled as"Scanio Trust" on Exhibit F, Reclamation Plan Map, a copy of which is provided as <br /> revised herewith. The imported topsoil used in final reclamation of areas within Cesar Pit is located on <br /> the north east section as highlighted with cross hatch legend on Exhibit E,Reclamation Plan Map, over <br /> approximately 30 acres of this section labeled"Area To Be Reclaimed." <br /> B. The approximate volume of inert material to be backfilled: <br /> Approximately 33,000 cubic yards of topsoil was placed and backfilled on site. <br /> C. A signed affidavit certifying that the material is clean and inert, as defined in Rule 1.1(20) <br /> Please find enclosed herewith a signed and notarized Affidavit Regarding Use of Inert Fill, executed on <br /> April 19, 2016 by Mr. Bob Beltramo, Owner, Tony J. Beltramo and Sons, Inc. <br /> D. The approximate dates the proposed activity will commence and end: <br /> The proposed activity commenced on March 10, 2016 and concluded on April 15, 2016. <br /> 1 <br />
