If the Office determines that such <br /> information is inadequate to demonstrate that the operation will not adversely <br /> affect the stability of any significant, valuable and permanent man- made <br /> structure, the Applicant shall either: <br /> The one structure within 200 feet (small log cabin) was located on the site decades ago and has <br /> not suffered any adverse affects. <br /> (a) provide a notarized agreement between the applicant and the person(s) having <br /> an interest in the structure, that the applicant is to provide compensation for any <br /> damage to the structure; or <br /> Collins-Morehead LLC, the owner/operator, owns the structure. The Collins-Morehead LLC <br /> hereby indicates that, in the event of damage to the structure resulting from mining or <br /> 1R <br />
