Box 1488 <br />Paonia, CO 81428 <br />RE: Bowie Resources, LLC, Permit C-1996-083 <br />February 2016 and March 2016 Discharge Monitoring Report (CO -0044776) <br />Dear Mr. Bear: <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (CDRMS) has reviewed and found the above <br />referenced reports to be in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2). The February 2016 Discharge Monitoring <br />Report for the above referenced CDPS Permit was received via email by the Division on 21 March 2016 and <br />the March 2016 report was received via email on 11 April 2016; the reports cover the time period from 01 <br />February through 29 February and 01 March through 31 March 2016. <br />During the month of February 2016 outfalls 001A, 004A, 005A, and 007A discharged. No exceedances <br />were noted; however, the value identified associated with pH of outfall 004A was "G". The Division does <br />not recognize this value. Please provide an explanation for this value. <br />During the month of March 2016 outfalls 001A and 004A. No exceedances were noted. <br />If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
