H. Binding Effect: This Lease shall bind and inure to the benefit of the <br /> respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the parties <br /> hereto. <br /> I. Severability: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision or <br /> provisions of this Agreement shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other <br /> provision of this Agreement. <br /> J.
