The required renewal fee of $257.00 for the 2016 - 2017 plan year <br /> has been received under receipt no. 3672756. The applicants shall be responsible for <br /> compliance with this plan, but the State Engineer's Office may also pursue the landowner for <br /> eventual compliance. <br /> The Evans #2 Pit has been divided into separately owned areas both operating under DRMS <br /> Permit No. M-2000-041. Stonewall Springs' portion of the Evans #2 Pit (the subject of this <br /> SWSP) consists of Phase I-Parcel 4 of the mine site as shown on the attached Figure 1. Lagged <br /> depletions from previous operations at the site and from current operations at Phase I-Parcels <br /> 1-3 and Phase II-Parcel 5 are covered under a separate SWSP for the Pueblo East Pit at Evans <br /> #2, submitted by Fremont Paving Et Redi-Mix, Inc. <br /> PLAN OPERATION <br /> This pit did not exist, and no ground water was exposed, prior to January 1, 1981.
