The attached map trumps the
previously submitted map in my April 18, 2016 Response letter for better clarification of the
Reclamation Plan Map.
The site will be graded 3:1 or flatter, contour lines are noted on the map, (see map attached).
The East and West Pit Haul road will remain and be reclaimed at the end of the project, (see Map
attached).
The thickness of the deposit to be mined will be approximately 12 feet, (see map attached).
It is estimated there will be approximately 6 to 8 inches of top soil at the site. Applicant will salvage a
minimum of 8 inches of top soil to be used in the reclamation process. If the applicant encounters top
soil deeper than 8 inches, all top soil will be salvaged in reclamation, (see map attached).
Please let me know if this letter and map does not clarify your concerns, I appreciate you working
through this process with us and look forward to your decision.
Sincerely,
'Ya"''e"
Laurie L.
