Proof of publication in newspaper. Copy of Notarized Statement attached <br /> 2. Proof of notice to all landowners of record. Adequate as submitted <br /> Exhibit E Reclamation Plan (Rule 6.4.5) <br /> 11. We have included minor terraces in our reclamation plan to help with erosion if necessary. <br /> Locations of terraces are not known at this time or if it will be necessary. Terraces will be a small <br /> ditch approx. 10 inches wide with a 6 inch lip on the down slope side to slow the flow of water and <br /> control erosion where necessary. <br /> 12. The seed mixture is included with this packet is the one we will be using. The Soil Conservation <br /> recommends 9.8 lbs to the acre of live seed.
