April 27, 2016 C-1996-084/Lorencito Canyon Mine LDS <br /> The culverts along the road to Pond 9 were all clear of sediment. <br /> The ditch south of the area where Fill 6 was planned is in good shape. Ditch D 15 was inspected and the lower <br /> portion(above culvert C9)is filled with sediment. This is not problematic since the ditch is diverted to culvert <br /> CIO. However,there is a problem with the area above culvert CIO. There is a large gully that requires <br /> maintenance. <br /> ROADS—Rule 4.03 <br /> Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3) <br /> Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) <br /> Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and(6)/4.03.2(5) and(6) <br /> Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br /> No problems were identified with any roads. <br /> SIGNS AND MARKERS—Rule 4.02: <br /> Entrance signs were in place near the highway(CR 12) as well as near the road to Pond 9. <br /> ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS/COMPLIANCE <br /> No enforcement actions were initiated as a result of this inspection,nor are any pending. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 10 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 3 <br /> Page 3 of 7 <br />
