<br />38. Notice. The Debtors shall promptly serve copies of this Interim Order (which
<br />shall constitute adequate notice of the Final Hearing, including, without limitation, notice that
<br />the Debtors will seek approval at the Final Hearing of a waiver of rights under section 506(c)
<br />of the Bankruptcy Code) to the parties having been given notice of the Interim Hearing and to
<br />any Committee after the same has been appointed, or such Committee's counsel, if the same
<br />shall have been appointed. No later than 24 hours after such service, the Debtors shall file a
<br />certificate of service with the Court.
<br />39. Objections. Any objection to the granting of the relief requested by the Motion
<br />on a final basis shall be filed with the Court on or before May 3, 2016 by 5:00 P.M. (the
