The Banks are authorized to rely <br />on the Debtors' designation of any particular check or fund transfer as approved by this Order without <br />any duty of further inquiry and without liability for following the Debtors' instructions. <br />10. Nothing in the Motion or this Interim Order, nor the Debtors' payment of claims <br />pursuant to this Order, shall: (a) be deemed or construed as (i) an admission as to the validity or <br />priority of any claim against the Debtors; (ii) a waiver of the rights of the Debtors or any other party in <br />interest to dispute any claim on any grounds; (iii) a promise to pay any claim; (iv) an implication or <br />admission that any particular claim against the Debtors would constitute an Essential Supplier Claim; <br />or (v) a request to assume or reject any executory contract or unexpired lease, pursuant to section 365 <br />of the Bankruptcy Code; or (b) preclude any party from contesting or objecting to the validity of any <br />claim, the entitlement of the recipient to payment of the claim or the propriety of the payment of any <br />claim on grounds other than the prepetition nature of the claim <br />11. Any objection to the granting of the relief requested by the Motion on a final <br />basis shall be filed with the Court on or before 5:00 p.m. Central Time on May 12, 2016 <br />(the "Objection Deadline"), and served, by the Objection Deadline, upon: (a) the Office of the United <br />States Trustee for the Eastern District of Missouri, 111 South 10th Street, Suite 6.353, St. Louis, MO <br />63102 (Attn: Leonora S.
