Case 16-42529 Doc 191 Filed 04/18/16 Entered 04/18/16 15:52:23 Main Document <br />Pg2of9 <br />presented at the Hearing, to the extent it is applicable; (vi) there is good cause to waive the 14 -day stay <br />imposed by Bankruptcy Rule 6004(h), to the extent it is applicable; (vii) authorizing the Debtors to pay <br />in their discretion the Essential Supplier Claims (a) prevent serious disruptions to the Debtors' business <br />operations that potentially would cause immediate and irreparable harm thereto and (b) preserve the <br />going concern value of the Debtors' businesses and the Debtors' estates for the benefit of all <br />stakeholders; and (viii) the legal and factual bases set forth in the Motion, First Day Declaration and <br />Supporting Declaration and at the Hearing establish just cause for the relief granted herein; <br />ORDERED that, pursuant to sections 105(a), 363 and 503(b)(9) of the Bankruptcy Code, the <br />Motion to pay Essential Supplier Claims is GRANTED in part on an interim basis and CONTINUED <br />in part, which supersedes and replaces in its entirety the Interim Order Granting in Part and Continuing <br />in Part, Pursuant to Sections 105(a), 363 and 503(b)(9) of the Bankruptcy Code, Authorizing the <br />Debtors and Debtors in Possession to Pay Prepetition Claims of Certain Essential Suppliers and <br />Service Providers and Scheduling Order, in that: <br />1. The Motion for interim relief to pay 20 -Day Administrative Claims is continued <br />until the hearing scheduled for May 17, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. (Central Time) at the United States <br />Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Missouri, United States Courthouse, Thomas F. Eagleton Federal <br />Building, 5th Floor, North Courtroom, 111 S. 10th Street, St. Louis, Missouri, 63102. Any objections <br />related to the Debtors' request to pay 20 -Day Administrative claims shall be due by 5:00 p.m. Central <br />Time on May 12, 2016. <br />2. The Debtors are authorized, but not directed, to pay, in their discretion, to the <br />extent permitted by the Debtors' postpetition secured debtor-in-possession financing and in the <br />ordinary course of their businesses, the Essential Supplier Claims in an aggregate amount not to exceed <br />approximately $10.3 million (the "Essential Suppliers Cap"); provided, however, that in the first 21 <br />-2- <br />
