75882-1 <br />aC; .r4ev) <br />UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY COURT <br />DIVISION OF RECLAMATION EASTERN DISTRICT OF MISSOURI <br />IAININGAND SAFETI EASTERN DIVISION <br />In re: Case No. 16-42529-399 <br />CHAPTER 11 <br />Peabody Energy Corporation, et al., <br />(Jointly Administered) <br />Debtors. <br />Related to Docket Nos. 22; 28; 45; <br />108; 123; 135; 149; 189; 191 <br />NOTICE OF ENTRY OF CERTAIN ORDERS <br />PLEASE TAKE NOTICE OF THE FOLLOWING: <br />On April 13, 2016 (the "Petition Date"), Peabody Energy Corporation and its debtor affiliates <br />commenced voluntary cases under chapter 11 of title I 1 of the United States Code (the "Bankruptcy Code"). <br />On the Petition Date, the above -captioned debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") filed the following <br />Motions: <br />• Motion of the Debtors and Debtors in Possession, Pursuant to Sections 105, 361, 362, 363, 364 and 507(b) <br />and Bankruptcy Rules 4001(b) and (c), for Interim and Final Orders (I) Authorizing Debtors (A) to Obtain <br />Postpetition Financing and (B) to Utilize Cash Collateral; (11) Granting Adequate Protection to Prepetition <br />Secured Parties; and (Ill) Scheduling a Final Hearing [Docket No. 45] (the "DIP Motion"); <br />• Motion of the Debtors and Debtors in Possession, Pursuant to Sections 105(a), 363 and 503(b)(9) of the <br />Bankruptcy Code, for Interim and Final Orders Authorizing Them to Pay Prepetition Claims of Certain <br />Essential Suppliers and Service Providers [Docket No. 28] (the "Essential Suppliers Motion"); and <br />• Motion of the Debtors, Pursuant to Sections 105(a), 362 and 541 of the Bankruptcy Code, for Entry of <br />Interim and Final Orders: (I) Establishing Notice and Objection Procedures for Transfers of Equity <br />Securities; (II) Establishing a Record Date for Notice and Sell -Down Procedures for Trading in Claims <br />Against the Debtors' Estates; and (III) Granting Related Relief [Docket No. 22] (the "NOL Motion" and, <br />with the DIP Motion and the Essential Suppliers Motion, the "Motions"). <br />The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri (the "Court") entered <br />initial orders with respect to the Motions as follows: (a) on April 14, 2016, the Court entered an interim order <br />[Docket No. 108] granting the DIP Motion (the "Initial Interim DIP Order") and (b) on April 15, 2016, the Court <br />entered (i) an interim order [Docket No. 123] granting in part and continuing in part the Essential Suppliers Motion <br />(the "Initial Interim Essential Suppliers Order") and (ii) an interim order [Docket No. 135] granting the NOL <br />Motion (the "Initial Interim NOL Order" and with the Initial Interim DIP Order and the Initial Interim Essential <br />Suppliers Order, the "Initial Interim Orders"). <br />The Court entered amended orders with respect to the Motions as follows: (a) on April 15, 2016, <br />the Court entered an amended interim order [Docket No. 149] granting the DIP Motion (the "Amended Interim DIP <br />Order") and (b) on April 18, 2016, the Court entered (i) an amended interim order [Docket No. 191] granting in part <br />and continuing in part the Essential Suppliers Motion (the "Amended Interim Essential Suppliers Order") and (ii) an <br />amended interim order [Docket No. 189] granting the NOL Motion (the "Amended Interim NOL Order" and with <br />
