KCC shall not cease providing claims processing services during the chapter 11 <br />cases for any reason, including nonpayment, without an order of the Court. If these cases <br />convert to cases under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code, KCC shall cooperate with the Clerk to <br />turn over to the Clerk or another claims and noticing agent any materials that the Clerk requests <br />unless KCC continues as Claims and Noticing Agent following conversion. <br />22. All time periods set forth in this Order shall be calculated in accordance with <br />Bankruptcy Rule 9006(a). <br />23. Notwithstanding any Bankruptcy Rule or Local Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure for <br />the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri (the "Local Bankruptcy <br />Rules") that might otherwise delay the effectiveness of this Order, the terms and conditions of <br />this Order shall be immediately effective and enforceable upon its entry. <br />24.
