Case 16-42529 Doc 215 Filed 04/20/16 Entered 04/20/16 11:31:44 Main Document <br />Pg3of7 <br />not limited to, regularly reviewing the electronic dockets in these cases; filing certificates of <br />service; subject to paragraph 5, removing or altering any incorrect names or addresses from the <br />claims registers as directed by the Clerk of this Court (the "Clerk"); and noticing, claims <br />processing, solicitation and administrative services as the Debtors and the Clerk may request <br />from time to time that are not inconsistent with the terms of this Order. <br />Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 156(e), the Clerk shall perform her normal function as the <br />custodian of Court records and shall maintain the official case docket and claims register for <br />each of these Debtors. KCC shall work cooperatively with, assist, and support the Clerk in any <br />way consistent with this Order. KCC is to abide by all Local Bankruptcy Rules and the Court's <br />Procedures Manual as well as the Case Administration Order in the execution of its services. If <br />KCC is unclear as to the application or applicability of any rule or procedure, it is to seek <br />guidance from the Clerk. <br />4. The Clerk shall provide KCC with Electronic Case Filing ("ECF") credentials that <br />allow KCC to receive ECF notifications, file proofs of claim, and file certificates of service. <br />KCC is authorized and directed to obtain a post -office box or address for the receipt of proofs of <br />claim. <br />5. KCC shall maintain a publicly accessible, accurate, and up-to-date copy of the <br />claims filed in these cases. KCC shall not unilaterally remove or alter any incorrect names or <br />addresses from the claims register or mailing lists but shall file with the Court an updated <br />creditor matrix along with a memorandum describing any change(s) thereto in accordance with <br />Local Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 1009 and pay any requisite fee. <br />6. KCC shall, using the Court's ECF System as instructed by the Clerk, <br />electronically file with the Court all proofs of claim that KCC has received or will receive in <br />3 <br />
