As soon as practicable after the entry of this Interim Order, the Debtors <br />shall serve a copy of this Interim Order on those Banks that make disbursements pursuant to the <br />Debtors' Cash Management System and counsel for the Administrative Agent under the DIP <br />Facility. <br />16.
