Additional Note: In conjunction with review and approval of PR15-11, the CDRMS requested <br />updates to the ownership and control information to assure that this information was consistent with <br />the current information in the OSMRE Applicant Violator System database. This information was <br />updated in TC's initial Technical Adequacy response package in November 2015, and the CDRMS's <br />check in February 2016 of the AVS system prior to issuance of the Decision Document confirmed that <br />the information in the PAP was still consistent with the AVS database. <br />
