otherwise terminates, such stay, modification, vacation, termination will not affect: (a) the
validity of any indebtedness, obligation or liability incurred by the Debtors to ADM before the
effective date of such stay, modification or vacation; (b) the validity or enforceability of Credit
Support authorized or created hereby or arising from transactions under the ADM Agreement
with the Debtors; (c) the rights of ADM, to the extent otherwise permitted, to exercise remedies
as set forth in the ADM Agreement; and (d) ADM shall be entitled to the benefits of the
provisions of section 364(e) of the Bankruptcy Code, as applicable.
4. Nothing in the Motion or this Interim Order shall be deemed or construed
as: (a) an admission as to the validity of any claim, security interest or lien against any of the
Debtors or non -Debtor affiliates; (b) a waiver of the Debtors' or any other party in interest's
rights to dispute any claim, security interest or lien on any grounds; (c) a promise or requirement
to pay any claim; or (d) a waiver or limitation of the Debtors' rights under the Bankruptcy Code
or any other applicable law.
Notwithstanding any Bankruptcy Rule (including, but not limited to,
Bankruptcy Rule 6004(h)) or Local Bankruptcy Rule that might otherwise delay the
effectiveness of this Interim Order, the terms and conditions of this Interim Order shall be
immediately effective and enforceable upon its entry.
6. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing herein shall modify, alter or otherwise
affect the rights or remedies of the agent or lenders under the DIP Facility or be deemed to
authorize the Debtors to violate any terms of such financing facility.
7. Any objection to the granting of the relief requested by the Motion on a
final basis shall be filed with the Court on or before 5:00 p.m. Central Time on May 12, 2016
(the "Objection Deadline"), and served, by the Objection Deadline, upon: (a) the Office of the
