Concerns pertaining to this application relate to, but are not limited
to, the proposed quarry's impact on water quality, wildlife and traffic
safety.
Urban Strategies, by this letter, and pursuant to MLRB regulations seeks
standing as this proposal moves forward.
In addition, Mr. Gruen has met with a group of neighborhood organizations
and neighbors, at their invitation, who are affected or potentially affected by
the permit application referenced above. While having no formal
relationship with the neighbors at this time, it is possible Urban Strategies
could be retained by this group to provide representation at some point after
a request for standing must be submitted.
As staff evaluation of this application proceeds, please notify the
undersigned of activities pertaining to this review. The undersigned seeks
standing to introduce evidence that supports why this application #M-2016- 1i
010 is inconsistent with the requirements of MLRB statute. ;=,
Sincerely,
- ;
URBAN STRATEGIES, INC./Six South Tejon Street/Suite 550/Colorado Springs,Colorado 80903/Tel 719.227.7771/fax 719.221.7778
Email urbanstrategies@msn.com/www.urbanstrategiesinc.net
