Please also include any new licenses and <br /> permits not on this list that have been applied for but have not yet been obtained. <br /> 12. Throughout the permit application package,it is cited that the <br /> total surface disturbance area will be 355.8 acres, of which 67 acres will be new disturbance and <br /> 288.8 acres is existing disturbance from previous mining activities.
