K&B notes that most of the features will not be utilized for prospecting
and has identified additional features as a result of obtaining photographs
for this adequacy response. Only those features with existing access will
be utilized for prospecting under this NOI and the current modification.

It is highly likely that there are additional, unidentified mine openings
upon the>120 acres of patented and unpatented mineral claims. Any
additional information that the Division could supply regarding Project#
08-223 (if that is the correct AML project number) would be helpful and
appreciated.
