Please see attached(Drawing#20160108001,Revision 1, Sheet#2 <br /> of 2). Trenching is to be done primarily within the existing <br /> driveway and immediately adjacent to that driveway. At this time, <br /> eight(8)trenches are planned, four(4)within the existing <br /> driveway. <br /> b. Dimensions of trenches <br /> Trenches are to be approximately six(6) feet long, two (2) feet <br /> wide and two(2) feet deep. <br /> c. Reclamation measures for reclaiming sampling/trenching <br /> locations <br /> Excavations shall be reclaimed by replacing excavated material <br /> into the trenches, scarifying the surface and placing native mulch <br /> material to provide cover for reseeding(using approved seed mix). <br /> Trenches located in roadway shall be filled but not revegetated, <br /> returning the surface to suitable roadway. <br /> 3. The Division noted an unidentified closure in the inspection conducted on <br /> April 30, 2015. The Applicant has identified this Closure#3 in the Application <br /> form. The description of this closure states that it was constructed in <br /> conformance with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives <br /> specifications for a Type 4 explosive magazine. Please specify if the Operator is <br /> storing explosives within Closure#3. If so,provide a complete inventory of all <br /> explosive materials stored onsite.Also,provide the Division with copies of all <br /> permits which are required to store explosives. <br /> K&B (Operator) is not currently storing explosives within Closure#3 (see Photo <br /> #1). Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (`BATFE")clearance <br /> and responsible person license for Craig Gardner is attached.
