As access is
currently problematic, and pursuant to Rule 1.1.1(7), the Division is hereby extending the decision
date 60 days to June 19, 2016. The Division will contact you soon to arrange a site inspection.
The Division is currently reviewing your application to determine whether it is adequate to meet
the requirements of the Act after submittal of all required items.
If you have any questions, you may contact me at (303)866-8567 x8169.
Sincerely,
s J
Timothy A.
