the quarry placed a line into Little Turkey Creek and pumped water out of the creek within the <br /> proposed quarry operations area for months. Any such pumping in the future would impact <br /> water rights associated with diversion of water from the creek. <br /> The water management plan calls for a number of large sediment ponds. Those within the Little <br /> Turkey Creek watershed are designed to hold over 82 acre feet water if the ponds are ever filled <br /> to capacity. These ponds within the Little Turkey Creek watershed were not discussed within the <br /> application in relation to water rights associated with the impoundment of water. <br />
