Why were very few owners within the Eagles Nest development <br /> located to the west of the proposed quarry operations area included? Why were very few owners within the <br /> former Bauers ranch located to the northwest of the proposed quarry operations area included? <br /> Exhibit C: Maps C-2. 2. Some <br /> segments of Little Turkey Creek Road within the quarry operations area are not included. <br /> Exhibit D: D-3 3.
