6. Trip out of the hole.
• If tight spots are encountered, ream through them.
• If there is excessive reaming, then perform a clean-out trip down to bottom (short trip).
• Circulate and condition hole again.
Open Hole Geophysical Logging
1. Contact logging company to mobilize to location prior to reaching 1,749' (TD).
2. Run open hole geophysical logs from 1737' (TD) to surface.
3. Rig up logging company equipment for 6.5" diameter open hole logs.
4. Run Gamma/ Density/ Multi-Arm Caliper and Deviation tools from -1,749' (TD). Run any
additional logs as determined by Daub.
5. Rig down logging company and logging equipment.
6. Have logging company provide log with completed header information.
Appendix C — Subsidence Monitor Well Completion with Rotary Rig:
Casing Installation and Cementing
1. Install 4.5" OD x 4.0" ID 11.6#J-55 LT&C (or HWT FJ) steel casing to -1,734'. (Depth TBD
based on samples and geophysical logs.)
• Install baffle plate/float valve at least 20 feet from the bottom of the casing.
• Tack weld bottom three joints or use Baker Lock equivalent cold weld epoxy.
• Set-10 centralizers evenly across casing length.
2. Cement casing with Halliburton (use 50-75% excess cement, verified by G/D/C log)
• Record returns to surface in addition to cementing parameters.
• Wait for cement to cure for at least 12 hours.
• Take sample of cement to help determine set-up time.
3. If cement falls back, prior to re-entering hole then top off annular space.
4. Run in hole with 4.0" rotary bit to clean out hole and drill out cement plug to the bottom of the
casing at-1729'.
5. POOH and strap drill string.
Cased Hole Logging
1. Contact logging company to run cased hole logs from surface to 1729' (TD).
2. Rig up logging company equipment for cased hole logs.
3. Log 4.5" OD cased hole with wireline to TD.
• Run Gamma/ Casing Collar Locator (CCL) and Cement Bond Logs (CBL) as determined
by Daub; pull all logs from TD (-1729').
4. Rig down logging company and logging equipment.
5. Have logging company provide log with completed header information.
Daub &Associates, Inc. Page 10 of 12 Printed: 4/5/2016
