heretofore been used by the plaintiff and the Defendants, <br /> other than the Defendant Hutchison, for access to the real <br /> property described in this Count. All of the parties who <br /> are interested or affected by the acquisition of this road <br /> 'are parties to this action. The Plaintiff, to satisfy its <br /> commitments and to abide by the warranty of title given by <br /> it, offers to purchase and pay the entire purchase price <br /> for said right of way to service the said properties, or <br /> to serve such parts thereof which are not found to be <br /> servad by a private road under the easement set forth <br /> under Count Six. <br /> WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays for the following <br /> relief, namely: <br /> 1. For temporary injunction restraining 'and <br /> enjoining the Defendant, George Hutchison, from obstruct- <br /> ing said road_ <br /> 2. For permanent injunction restraining and <br /> enjoining the Defendant, George Hutchison, from obstruct- <br /> ing said road. <br /> 3.
