COUNT EIGHT <br /> In the event the Court does not find that there <br /> 2 <br /> exists a public road or a private road over the real pro- <br /> perty described in Counts One to Seven, inclusive, and <br /> finds against the Plaintiff and the Defendants, other than <br /> Defendant George Hutchison, on the issues in Counts one to <br /> .even, inclusive, then the Plaintiff as its Count Eight <br /> against the Defendant Hutchison and in favor of all of the. <br /> Defendants save Defendant Hutchison, states and avers: <br /> 1. The Plaintiff owns the real property described <br /> in paragraph 1 of Count one of this Complaint- <br /> 2- The Defendants, other than the Defendant George <br /> Hutchison, own the real property described in paragraph 2 <br /> of Count One as belonging to such Defendants respectively. <br /> 3..
