this Complaint and belonging- to Plaintiff and the Defendants <br /> other than Defendant Eutchison with another established <br /> public road and is the only means of access thereto. <br /> . .................. <br /> COUNT SIZE <br /> 1. The Plaintiff incorporates herein, as if fully <br /> herein se; forth and by reference thereto, paragraphs 1 <br /> through 7 of Count One. <br /> 2. Under date of September 12, 1957, the Defen- <br /> dant George Hutchison, by written document duly acknowledged,; <br /> did grant unto one Guy Parker a right of way for purposes of <br /> ingress and egress from hots 11, 12, 18 and 19 of Section 7 <br /> in Township 16 South„ Range 67 West of the 6th Principal <br /> Meridian, E1 Paso County, Colorado, over the road involved <br /> in this action, over and across land now owned Defendant <br /> FIutchison in Section 16 in Township 16 South, Range 67 West <br /> of. the 6th P.M. in E1 Paso County, Colorado, conveying the <br /> same to Guy Parker, his heirs and assigns, for the benefit <br /> of hots 11, 12, 18 and 19 in said Section 71 a perpetual <br /> right of way over and across said lands for purposes of <br /> ingress and egress only.
