5. Nothing in the Motion or this Interim Order shall be deemed or construed <br />as: (a) an admission as to the validity or priority of any claim against the Debtors; (b) a waiver <br />of the rights of the Debtors or any other party in interest to dispute any claim on any grounds; <br />(c) a promise to pay any claim; (d) an implication or admission that any particular claim against <br />the Debtors would constitute a claim arising under the Surety Bond Program; (e) a request to <br />assume or reject any executory contract or unexpired lease, pursuant to section 365 of the <br />Bankruptcy Code; or (f) a limitation on the authority of the Debtors to conduct their business in <br />the ordinary course without seeking the approval of the Court. Nothing herein renders any claim <br />by any third party based on a prepetition, actual, potential or asserted liability of the Debtors, <br />which claim may or does result in a loss to a surety under the Surety Bond Program, into a <br />postpetition claim or expense of administration. <br />6. Nothing in this Interim Order prohibits a Governmental Authority from <br />administering or making a determination under applicable state or federal law that governs self - <br />bonding as long as such administration or determination is consistent with sections 525 and 362 <br />of the Bankruptcy Code. <br />7. Nothing in this Interim Order shall relieve the debtors of any obligations <br />under federal, state, or local police or regulatory laws or under 28 U.S.C. § 959(b). <br />8. The Debtors are authorized to issue postpetition checks, or to effect <br />postpetition fund transfers, in replacement of any checks or fund transfer requests that are <br />dishonored as a consequence of these chapter 11 cases with respect to prepetition amounts owed <br />in connection with any obligations described in the Motion. <br />9. Any objection to the granting of the relief requested by the Motion on a <br />final basis shall be filed with the Court on or before , 2016 (the "Objection <br />IS <br />
