Voluntary Notice of Non notice activities and
Request for Adit access
This document is to define the intentions of GRE in relation to
Mining claim_CMC 287923 located in
section_29_, Township 9N ,Range 73W , County of Larimer ,
State of Colorado
The attached map shows the claim boundaries and the actual area where activities
will take place.
This mining claim has been located by GRE, Inc., on 09/20/2015 And has
been staked and marked as required by State law.

At present, our activities in the area will consist of basic sampling and discovery. While we have
initially discovered a valuable outcrop of mineral, it must be further examined, sampled and
mapped to determine the extent and full nature of the deposit.This activity will include:
1. Utilizing existing roads and trails with registered motor vehicles and by foot or bicycle.
1.1.See map for defined roads and trails to be used. (Submit 24k and 100k topo map with
routes highlighted)
2. _4 to 6_people may be on the claim at any given time, surveying the land and
examining exposed mineral deposits.
3. Battery operated and hand tools will be used at the site to aide in the sampling of minerals
for assays.
3.1.DeWalt Hammer Drill or similar
3.2.Dewalt Drill or similar
3.3.DeWalt Grinder or similar
3.4.Rock hammer
3.5.Chisels
3.6.Small hammer for single jack usage.
4. As part of a low impact but thorough assessment of the minerals on the site,we will be
examining ores and sampling inside of existing adits,shafts and prospects that are on the
claim. Sampling and minerals in small quantities of less than 500Ibs per sample will be
removed from existing drifts and underground workings.
IN ORDER TO EXAMINE SUCH ORES AND OBTAIN SAMPLES, we are requesting access to the adits
shown in the attached photographs.
Please indicate when and where we can obtain any keys necessary to enter these adits.
Our intention is to conduct casual use activities inside these adits for the purpose of gathering
samples and photographs of vein structures. Such underground activities are specifically
mentioned in 36 CFR § 228.4 (a)(1) (ii) Prospecting and sampling which will not cause significant
