Voluntary Notice of Non notice activities and <br /> Request for Adit access <br /> This document is to define the intentions of GRE in relation to <br /> Mining claim_CMC 287923 located in <br /> section_29_, Township 9N ,Range 73W , County of Larimer , <br /> State of Colorado <br /> The attached map shows the claim boundaries and the actual area where activities <br /> will take place. <br /> This mining claim has been located by GRE, Inc., on 09/20/2015 And has <br /> been staked and marked as required by State law. <br /> 100% interest in this mining claim is held by: <br /> GRE <br /> 2091 E Murray Holladay Road#22E <br /> Salt Lake City, UT 84117 <br /> At present, our activities in the area will consist of basic sampling and discovery. While we have <br /> initially discovered a valuable outcrop of mineral, it must be further examined, sampled and <br /> mapped to determine the extent and full nature of the deposit.This activity will include: <br /> 1. Utilizing existing roads and trails with registered motor vehicles and by foot or bicycle. <br /> 1.1.See map for defined roads and trails to be used. (Submit 24k and 100k topo map with <br /> routes highlighted) <br /> 2. _4 to 6_people may be on the claim at any given time, surveying the land and <br /> examining exposed mineral deposits. <br /> 3. Battery operated and hand tools will be used at the site to aide in the sampling of minerals <br /> for assays. <br /> 3.1.DeWalt Hammer Drill or similar <br /> 3.2.Dewalt Drill or similar <br /> 3.3.DeWalt Grinder or similar <br /> 3.4.Rock hammer <br /> 3.5.Chisels <br /> 3.6.Small hammer for single jack usage. <br /> 4. As part of a low impact but thorough assessment of the minerals on the site,we will be <br /> examining ores and sampling inside of existing adits,shafts and prospects that are on the <br /> claim. Sampling and minerals in small quantities of less than 500Ibs per sample will be <br /> removed from existing drifts and underground workings. <br /> IN ORDER TO EXAMINE SUCH ORES AND OBTAIN SAMPLES, we are requesting access to the adits <br /> shown in the attached photographs. <br /> Please indicate when and where we can obtain any keys necessary to enter these adits. <br /> Our intention is to conduct casual use activities inside these adits for the purpose of gathering <br /> samples and photographs of vein structures. Such underground activities are specifically <br /> mentioned in 36 CFR § 228.4 (a)(1) (ii) Prospecting and sampling which will not cause significant <br />
