The <br /> inspection was completed by Tabetha Lynch with the Colorado Division of Reclamation,Mining and Safety. Tim <br /> Cummins with Trapper Mine was present during the inspection. The mine was snow covered and muddy at the <br /> time of inspection and some areas were not accessible. <br /> AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS—Rule 5.02.4(1): <br /> The mine records were checked at the mine office.
