DETAILED SITE INSPECTION OBSERVATIONS <br />MINE & RECLAMATION PLAN STATUS <br />GENERAL COMPLIANCE <br />The site was found to be in compliance with the BLM's salable minerals <br />regulations <br />SITE DEVELOPMENT <br />Temporary Cessation <br />OPERATIONAL PHASE <br />N/A <br />RECLAMATION STATUS <br />(TOPSOIL, ROADS, ETC.) <br />Intermittent, vegetation is holding topsoil and material in place. The access <br />road requires a high clearance vehicle because of vegetation and minor <br />erosion that's present on the road bed. <br />EROSION/ SEDIMENTATION <br />No visible erosion or sedimentation; however, the berm on the south side of <br />the pit is getting low, which could allow runoff. <br />EXPLOSIVES <br />N/A <br />SAFETY <br />This is not currently and active site, and there are no hazardous headwalls or <br />features of the site. <br />ENGINEERING/ GEOLOGIC & STABILITY <br />CONDITIONS <br />As mentioned above this site is stable from a geologic and engineering <br />standpoint. <br />OTHER LOCAL/ STATE/ FEDERAL REQ. & <br />COMPLIANCE <br />The DRMS permit number was posted on the site's entrance sign <br />OTHER OBSERVATIONS/NOTES <br />• No signs of recent activity since the last inspection in June 2015 <br />• Wind -drift snow blocked the road entrance to the site <br />• Winter temperatures have killed most of the invasive weed species <br />• The operator has not pulled any material from the site, and its permit <br />has expired; however, the pit has not closed because reclamation has <br />not yet taken place, and the operator intends to begin operating in <br />the pit in the near future <br />
