Technical Revisions ("TRs") were submitted to and approved by the DRMS during the reporting <br />period for: <br />• TR 74: TR 74 to Amendment No. 10 was proposed and approved to install a <br />modified version of the Squaw Gulch VLF facility to berm underdrain pump - <br />back. There was no change in the existing financial warranty for this TR. <br />• TR 75: TR 75 to Amendment No. 10 was submitted and approved to update the <br />Noxious Weed Management Plan. There was no change in the existing financial <br />warranty for this TR. <br />• TR 76: TR 76 to Amendment No. 10 was proposed and approved to relocate a <br />barren pipeline and a fresh water pipeline, between the Arequa Gulch ADR and <br />the Squaw Gulch ADR. An increase to the existing financial warranty of $19,533 <br />was approved resulting in an increased total bond of $173,434,420. <br />• TR 77: TR 77 to Amendment No. 10 was proposed and approved to relocate a <br />substation. The financial warranty increase submitted with TR 76 of $9,750 was <br />determined acceptable. <br />Enhancement and general maintenance of storm water control features continued in 2015. Other <br />Amendment No. 10 construction activities will continue throughout 2016 and beyond. <br />Reclamation accomplished in 2015 included the following projects: <br />Approximately 14.4 acres of disturbance associated with the Cresson Project were reclaimed in <br />2015 as shown on the attached map. All areas were re-contoured and six inches of growth <br />medium was applied prior to seeding. Approximately 14.4 acres of the Altman Backfill were <br />hydro-seeded/hydromulched with 1 ton per acre of Biotic Earth (organic supplement), and 800 <br />pounds per acre of Sustane organic fertilizer. <br />Weed control techniques were implemented within the Cresson Project area in the early Fall of <br />2015. Please refer to the attached 2015 Weed Management report for details of activities <br />performed. <br />Per the requirements of C.R.S. 34-32-116(3), and C.R.S. 34-32.5-116(3)(a): <br />Reclamation accomplished to date: Approximately 431.7 acres <br />Reclamation accomplished during the preceding year: Approximately 14.4 acres of <br />disturbance associated with the Cresson Project were reclaimed in 2015 as described above. <br />
