FIGURES <br />Figure 2.06-1 Proposed Public Notice for Experimental Practice <br />Pursuant to the Rules & Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board <br />published August, 1980, and pursuant to the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation <br />Act 34-33-101 et seq., notice is hereby given of the use of an experimental practice for <br />the construction of spoil fill areas within the permit boundaries by Colowyo Coal <br />Company, 5731 State Highway No. 13, Meeker, Colorado 81641. A request for the <br />experimental practice has been filed with the Mined Land Reclamation Division, <br />Colorado Department of Natural Resources, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 423, Denver, <br />Colorado 80203. Details of the spoil fill construction is included in the Colowyo permit <br />application under Section 2.06.2. The information contained in this section summarizes <br />the need for an experimental practice and the ability to achieve environmental protection <br />that is equal to or greater than that required by the performance standards of Section 4.09 <br />for excess spoil. <br />A copy of the permit application is on file at the Moffat County Clerk and Recorders Office in the <br />Moffat County Court House in Craig, Colorado.
