2.05.2 <br />part of the Bowie No. 1 permit but by this revision portions will be <br />incorporated into the Bowie No. 2 permit. The Operator accessed the <br />reserves from the east in the Upper B -Seam. The first longwall panel located <br />west of Terror Creek was started June 4, 2011. <br />Permit revision PR -13 added two lease modifications to the permit to provide <br />for the mining of four longwall panels located west of Terror Creek and north <br />of the PR -12 approved mine plan area. <br />Permit revision PR -14 added a new federal coal lease to the permit.
